Ball valve is a commonly used rotary valve that uses a ball as the valve body to cut off the flow of fluid, the ball has a bore through it, which can be rotated to connect or disconnect with the pipeline, thus controlling and regulating the fluid flow. The floating ball valve is designed with a ball which is not fixed. Under flow pressure, the ball floats to downstream slightly and contact with body seat surface to form a tight seal.

 

We provide two series of ball valves: full bore and reduced bore. The channel inner diameter of full bore ball valve is consistent with the inner diameter of pipeline, which can minimize the fluid resistance and facilitate pipeline cleaning. The fluid resistance of reduced bore ball valve is much less than that of full bore ball valve with the same size, and its weight is 30% lighter than full bore. As a result, it can effectively reduce the production cost, so reduced bore ball valve is relatively widely used.

 

The Ball valves are mainly used in water, chemical solvents, acids, natural gas and crude oil etc., it also can be used in some severe applications such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, ethylene plants and etc.
